A lot of calls that sound like they need a tow do not. If the car started fine this morning and now only clicks, it is usually the battery. If it cranks but will not catch after you ran the tank low, it is usually fuel. We ask a couple of questions on the phone so we bring the right fix.
If the roadside fix does not work, the same truck can tow you. You pay for one visit, not two.

Roadside assistance questions
Do I need a membership to get roadside help?
No. You pay per call. If you do have coverage through your insurance or a motor club, ask them if they reimburse outside providers, and we will give you an itemized receipt.
What if the roadside fix does not work?
We can tow the vehicle on the same visit. We tell you the tow price before we hook up.
