About us
A family tow company in Powder Springs
Nelo and Sons Towing and Recovery LLC is a family-run towing and roadside company based in Powder Springs, Georgia. We tow light-duty vehicles and help stranded drivers across Cobb, Douglas and Paulding counties and the west side of Atlanta, 24 hours a day.
Who we are
Veteran-owned
Nelo and Sons is a father-and-sons business. We started it because west Georgia drivers deserve a tow company that picks up the phone, gives a straight price, and treats their car like it belongs to family.
Nelo and Sons is veteran-owned. We are new, and we are building our name one call at a time. You won’t find hundreds of reviews here yet. What you will find is a crew that shows up, does the job right, and stands behind the price we gave you.
How we work
- A person answers
- Day or night, you talk to someone who can send a truck, not a phone menu.
- The price comes first
- You hear the total before we dispatch. If something on scene changes it, we tell you before we do the work.
- The right truck
- We ask what you drive so AWD cars, EVs and motorcycles go on a flatbed.
- Straight answers
- If a job is outside what we do, like heavy trucks or long-distance hauls, we say so and point you somewhere better.
- Paperwork that works
- Every job gets an itemized receipt with the vehicle, location and services, ready for insurance or a rental company.
Licensing and insurance
- Fully insured
- Registered in Georgia as Nelo and Sons Towing and Recovery LLC
